heat at night agitates itchy, blister like spots all over me

User Profile
For the past 4 weeks i've been having a major itching issue. I first notices i have some blister like spots on my wrists and got a steroid cream or those. I then saw my testicles started to gather bite sized marks on my testicles then found the tip of my penis started gathering them. they're now around the shaft of my penis also. I'm also suffering from an itchy top of foot, inside leg (both sides) itchy lower arms and wrists (Looks like a rash) and a itchy left hand. My hand has these blister like spots on and i haven't slept properly for the past 4 days because of the heat at night frustrating me and agitating these problems. I have itch in my sleep to the point i wake up and have bruises so it's really kinda bad. I also have an itchy stomach and itchy thighs. I also fine the upper part of my bum crack to be itchy too. I'm 18 and haven't had sex for about 6 weeks. Please advise? I have pictures of each problem if needed.

Thank you

Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

From your symptoms, scabies is an important possibility to be ruled out. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

My sincere advice is to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
