Heartburn with burnning sensation in the back of my head

when I have heartburn I get a burning sensation in the back of my head. what could it be

Yes, you can feel burning sensation at the back of head when you have heart burn because of common innervation of throat and neck. It is not good to have repeated heart burns. Please take antacids and other medications for it after consulting your doctor. Also eat healthy, do not smoke and drink in moderation. Hope this helps. Take care!
