Heartburn, back pain and brown discharge?

Ok I'm 28 I have never in my life had heartburn, except while I was prago (tubes tied unlikely that's the problem) but the past week I've had heart burn everyday. I can drink water and I get heartburn, no mater what the food or drink is, I have heart burn from it! And then this past week I started my period. It lasted 2 days and then it went to just a brown discharge. I've been having lots of back pain in my middle to upper back for about 3 days now. Someone told me it could be my gallbladder and others are saying tuble pregnancy! I need help as to what this could be!! That's everyone and sorry for the TMI part!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. With tubes tied tube pregnancy is unlikely. acid reflux symptoms need to be managed with antacids and some motility enhancing medications. Avoid triggers in diet like alcohol, soda, beverages, coffee tea , processed canned foods, If the issue persists consult a physician nearby and let them run some baseline tests to sort it out.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
