Heart Issue? Nervous System? Blood Pressure?

User Profile
When I get Emotional I feel pressure at the back of my head. And sometimes I can fel my heart beating fast. Some chest pain maybe. I've been dealing with this for the last 5 or 7 years. I'm 26 years old. I'm not a overweight person. However, I don't do much excersice. I work 10 hours a day every day. And well 80% of the food I eat contains chicken, fish or meat on them. I drink water a lot. I also drink a lot of orange juice.

A month ago I woke up and had a sore throat. It was 9 am in the morning and I hadent eaten nothing. So I took, by mistake, 600 mlg of MOTRIN PM. 2 hours later I felt a bad pressure in my head and in my heart at the same time. I felt pretty bad. I tried to vomit the pills, but it was useless. I had fever later on that day....and ever since I haven't felt the same.

I'm scared to go to a Doctor. I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter and I live with my wife. I'm scared.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are consistent with anxiety disorder. You would need psychotherapy sessions like CBT and psychoeducation.
Mind relaxation excercise like yoga and meditation are also beneficial.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
