Hello ! I am 24+, I have muscular VSD with 2.2mm, When I was 3 months, it was 0.75mm, I dont feel any problem right now. Can you please tell it can be increased or not in future. and also please tell me any exercise and food habit that make me more fit. Thanks in advance.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its very small VSD. It doesnot require any treatment. However, every 3-5 years follow-up is recommended to look for aortic root leak.Start modified atkin diet to stay healthy and fit.
