I was wondering what type of health supplements everyone here takes? I would like to start taking some again, but haven't decided what brand yet. There are so many on the market, it's hard to know which one's are actually providing you with what they say they are.

Any suggestions?

I just started taking GNC Women's Prenatal Formula with Iron as I have a little one on the way.

My parents both take Juvenon, as they are in their late 50's and were looking forward to the anti-aging and energy benefits Juvenon claims to provide. So far they both love it.

energy VITAMINS
taking energy Vitamins (not the caffeine pills) will do many many things for you. the most obvious thing it does is give you energy. then after so long of taking it, it will help with brain function including but not limited to memory. also focus factor is a good vitamin to have. can't let those memories get away from you! i'm only 22 and i'm worried about losing my memory. lol

Whey protein is a mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. Some preclinical studies in rodents have suggested that whey protein may possess anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer properties. The effects of whey protein on human health are of great interest and are currently being investigated as a way of reducing disease risk, as well as a possible supplementary treatment for several diseases.
Many people use this product.

The extra protein is always good, but if you get a good quality undenatured whey, it can offer a good range of amino's. So this paired with the added protein that many of us are not getting enough of, can be great for overall health.
But as others have already said, whey can be helpful as an anti-inflammatory and immune system booster. I think it has a lot to do with its antioxidant qualities, enhancing cysteine uptake which helps raise glutathione levels. Lots of calcium, but be sure you are getting enough D3 and K2 each day to absorb it properly.
Lots of great benefits of a good quality whey! Plus a scoop of cocoa makes it taste even better and gives it another antioxidant boost!

The term “whey” refers to milk serum, which is the fluid by-product formed during the curdling of milk. Whey proteins come in a variety of fractions, such as albumins and globulins that differ according to the species from which they are concealed; since we are primarily consumers of dairy cattle milk, the major whey proteins we consume are denoted alpha-lactalbumin & beta-lactoglobulin.

It reduces your weight as well as stress level. It is the preferred choice among bodybuilders and athletes because it provides the essential amino acid required to produce muscle tissue. Nowadays, it is not just considered by athletes but also by ordinary peoples who want to achieve a healthy lifestyle. It contains an accurate combination of amino acids and is one of the healthiest ways to add proteins to your diet for the healthy lifestyle.

A whey isolate protein is a dietary supplement created by filtering milk. Whey is also a by-product of the cheese-making methodology. Whey is also processed to yield whey organic compound in three forms: whey isolate, whey concentrate, or whey product. Whey proteins are used for enhancing athletic performance, as a food supplement, as a substitute to milk for people with lactose intolerance, for swapping or supplementing milk-based infant formulas, and for reversing weight loss and rising glutathione (GSH) in people with HIV illness.

Whey protein is also used for protein allergic reaction, asthma, and cholesterol, obesity and weight loss, preventing allergic reaction in toddler, last-stage cancer, and colon cancer.

The strongest protein that I have experience, is Glutathione. At 51, I have only experience true significance in the results. Not only that, but it's hard to believe in something if you do not feel it.

I was introduced to a drink called 989 On Demand by a personal trainer last summer and I have been hydrating with it ever since. It has plenty of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes without all of the sugar you see in a lot of todays sport drinks. I wouldn't consider it a supplement, but it tastes great and keeps me on top of my training.

Most people consider healthy as eating more or heavy. In addition, healthy eating is quite contrary and it means getting the maximum nutrition in the lowest amount of calories possible. Another vital way for enhancing and increasing the protein powder is to add the amino acid by improving its nutritional value.

Hi!

I was just curious. When choosing your brand did the country of origin for production sway your choice? Or was it basically just price?
