hi iv suffered from head aches for years symptoms are getting worse i have tingling and numbness sensations all over my body i lose my energgy and pain is worse on my left side

Headaches can be a painful experience..Continuous headaches are generally due to vascular problems....called as migraine..and are precipitated by stress,fried stuff,cheese,excess coffee,excersise..At times these headaches may have associated visual problems....Numbness and tingling over one half of body may be due to vitamin deficiency or cervical spondylosis...Meet a neurologist to diagnose your problem and help you out...
