Wow, I have the same problem.
I am 17 years old and my headaches, more like migraines, started when school started. The pain
I get the most is like towards the side. School hasnt been stressful, just a bit, so i dont think that is the problem. my diet is good, I eat breakfast, lunch, and something at night. Ive pretty much always kept the same lifestyle and ive neve had such bad headaches before. Can anyone help please? Is a headache concentrated to the right and left side of your head. thanks

I had a headache every day for a 7 years only to find out i have food allergies to salycilates and amines.I had ct scans, eye tests, teeth checked for clenching (tmj issues), anti depressants for possible anxiety and hormone imbalances, chiropractor(s) and when i stopped eating these foods they stopped, i can sleep agan and i actually want to be alive!

Salycilates are found in the skins of most vegtables and salads. they are also in ibuprofen and asprin.
amines are all your aged food like cheese, processed meat, soy sauce. you can get more info online if youn search food list fact sheets if money is an issue. It's not too expensive to see a nautropath or a dietcian.

Try to only use moderate amounts of panadol. I know its hard when your in pain but you could be giving yourself rebound headaches from too many pain killers.

Caffeine products like cola and coffee contain amines and salycilates too so ween yourself off. it can take two weeks to get over the caffeine withdrawl but i promise you'll feel better.

Good luck, you'll get back to headache free...

I have the same thing as most people. My headaches usually a little worse in the morning but calm down closer to 11:00 or 12:00. When I bend down or pick something fairly heavy up, I get headaches, which have different amounts of pain sometimes. This all started about 2 or 3 days ago. Please help.

phew, i thought i was completely alone! Im 16 and i get headaches from when i get up in the morning till when i go to bed. I always used to complain about having headaches when i was sick but in the last couple of months they have gotten so much worse. I obviously know that i cant self-diagnose and eventhough im sure you are all very smart people i need to see a doctor. Im freaking out about the fact that i could quite possibly have a brain tumor. My neurology appointment is on friday and i am getting really nervous! I will make sure to post what the doctor tells me on here for all of you. I hope that everything turns out okay for me. But more importantly i hope everything turns out okay for all of you!

I am 22 years old. And I have a headache for almost a year.I go to sleep with it and wake up with it. Some days are worse then others. And when they are worse I can't even fall asleep they are so bad. Feels like my head is going to explode. Most of the days my headaches are in the back of my head, some days they are in front. When i exercise they are worse. I have gone to do the doc. many times dried different pills but nothing works. Feels like a lot of pressure in my head. I have had an MRI done, gotten a massage done, went to the chiro. had acupuncture done. Nothing has helped. I don't sleep through the night because of these headaches.

Head hurts
Well I'm 16 and I have been experiencing some head pressures and it either on top or behind my head and I get a ringing noise in my ear sometimes I also feel dizzy...I am also diagnosed with an anxiety disorder soo maybe it's stress I put on myself? Or I don't know..I don't have any loss of memory or anything like that but it's still annoying and it's messing with my anxiety.

Hi everyone, I'm 16 years old like some of you.. I have had chronic daily headaches for several months..they come about almost every day, and I haven't been able to find a trigger.. I am a very competitive ice hockey player and have had a history of concussions..I'm wondering if any of you have ever dealt with these?? Even if you have not been treated for a concussion, have you ever hit your head hard?? Just trying to see if there is any link..I have had a clean MRI, so thankfully I can rule out a tumor. God bless all of you, I hope your headaches improve with time and patience

extreme headaches
I'm seventeen and I have frequent headaches, a month ago I fainted and apparently had a seizure, I had an EEG scan done and it came abnormal. I dealt with a lot of stress, and guilt. Last summer I suffered a blow to the top part of my head with another person. My doctor sujjected I go to a Nuerologist. I'm really scared, I hope to God I dont have anything serious

I used to have headaches that went from a dull ache to a blinding throb behind my eyes or in my forehead. This lasted for a couple years. It turns out that when I finally matured physically I developed a stigmtism in my eyes. (Eyes are more oval shaped instead of round) What this does is make me near sighted but since I hadn't ever worn glasses I never noticed my vision was deminished. So after a quick eye exam and a pair of glasses later I haven't had a single headache like that since. All I'm saying is that if your worried about headaches make sure your not straining your eyes before you worry about it being cancer. The stress is not worth it.

Headaches
I'm 17 nearly 18, I've been getting headache since the age of 14 that would last all day from the moment I wake to the moment I fall to sleep at night. Sometimes my headaches even wake me up whilst I'm sleeping. Like most of you guys are saying on here about your pain my are very similar to the eyes hurting to the throbbing in the head. I've recently experienced a new pain which started at the side front of my head and traveled to the otherside, which then ended right at the top in the middle, baring in mind this pain wasn't a headache of any sort it was a very sharp uncomfortable pain that made me cry. I been to the doctor so many times they've mention changing my diet, exercising more and keeping my stress to a low!! Having done this they also gave me tablets that haven't worked. I'm just wondering if anyone would have any idea of what may be going on with me or if you have any advice to give me .
