Headache with blurry vision

im 15 years old. and i'm experiencing blurry vision and at the same time experiencing headache especially in the back portion of my head. i don't know why is this happening to me. I think it's because of whole day in front of my computer.. i've experiencing this for past 2 days til now. but im not sure why is this happening and i want your opinions about my case
