I'll know that I have food poison everytime. Because I will get the worst headache of my life on my left side. For example today, I deep fry salmon for lunch and about an hour later. I start having this monster headache and the only way for me to stop it is by throwing up. Works everytime, and within minutes too. My question is, why is it that I will get only headaches and nothing else. Everytime that I get food poison? And also if I dont throw up it wont go away? Longest I have tried to hold it was about 3 hours before I've gave into the headache.

Adverse reactions to specific foods are common. The term food poisoning wont be correct in this case. You should avoid the trigger and see if it recurs to determine if it indeed is the agent causing/ leading to the headache.
