You sister is suffering from frontal headache and the common causes of the same are sinusitis in which usually the patient has associated symptoms of cold & flu like running nose, sneezing which usually persists or is recurrent.

In this, an x-ray of the paranasal sinuses helps in picking up the disease. Another common cause is migraine which may be associated with nausea, vomiting, flashes of lights in front of the eyes etc.

Refractory error/short-sightedness also presents with frontal headache and a consultation with an ophthalmologist and testing the distant vision helps in diagnosing the same.

Even, low hemoglobin due to iron deficiency anemia can present with frontal headache and thus a blood test helps in diagnosing the same. I’ll suggest you to take a consultation from a physician as it’s extremely difficult to make a diagnosis online without examination. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
