Head shakes when sleeping

Hi... I just got up, because for the past almost year, I've been dealing with this thing..

So it starts off, I will go to sleep, later on I will wake up, from this loud buzzing and ontop of that my head shakes like crazy...

I can be having a good dream and it still does this.

So I will begin to dream about something, and within a heartbeat, my head goes crazy and shakes very hard, and I hear this loud buzzing noise.

Today I had to keep asking to wake up until I finally woke up..

I kept saying.. I don't want to die, I don't want to die...

And I'm so scared now.
I don't know what this is?

There are many sites on sleep paralysis you should check out. Even though you didn't experience suddenly being wide awake but unable to move or talk, most people with sleep paralysis awake to a strange sensation in their head or even in one of their ears. You just might be surprised by how many people describe what you're saying. I hope you find the information that you need.

How many people here have had either a brain injury or even a concussion that are having this feeling when they are falling asleep or are woke up from sleep? especially to back or right side of head? Testing a theory here.
