he used to have the HPV (genital warts) could I get it?

I had sex with my new boyfriend who I just found out had genital warts but he hasn't had a break out for a year. He said he got the laser treatments and all that. We only had sex for a minute (literally not that long) WITH a condom. I stopped because I was nervous cuz he used to have the HPV (genital warts) could I possibly ger it now??? We used a condom and it wasn't for that long like I said and he hasn't had a breakout in a year. I need help please give me some advice I'm kind of frwaking out and now I won't have sex with him Razz

Risk of viral warts increases if you had intercourse with a partner or even there is physical skin to skin contact with the effected skin.

If there are no active lesions, risk of transmission is low but still there.
