My boyfriend and i was messing around. He ejaculated and wiped his penis with a towel, after several minutes, he rubbed the shaft of his penis on my clitoris.

There was little if any chance of there being live sperm on the shaft of his penis. It's a good thing he did not insert his penis as there might have been a few sperm still hanging around inside the penis. You are getting close to becoming sexually active. Please buy your own condoms and vaginal spermicide and insist on their proper use.
