Good day!
Thank you for asking. I am Dr S Khan and i would like to help you in your concerns for your husbands wet dreams. Madam i want you to know that these night dreams are not a valid indicator of judging ones sexual health. Its more a psychiatric issue and a psychiatrist needs to be consulted to have an opinion for that. Rest assured that frequency varies alot amongst population. I have seen cases getting wet dreams at a more frequent pace than your husband's but they are healthy and fertile.
Now the only issue needs to be fixed here is the weight. Your husband is severely underweight. BMI of 17 is cachexia and is a very common cause of this sexual hyperactivity with sleep disturbances.
Get your husband a nutritionist and a psychiatrist to sort out the etiology for this underweight status at such an adult age. After that a sleep disorders specialist can be consulted for further management.
Hope it help.
take some very good care of your husband.
Regards
