Dear !

Thanks for writing to EHF!

It is very harmful to take medications by your own. remember taking extra vitamins is very dangerous some time.

Can you take these two vitamins at same time?

Answer this is NO. because these multivitamins contain many vitamins which are common to both. I highly recommend you to visit a dermatologist as very high quality vitamins are aviable which can help you with this problem. and as you are male male pattern baldness always need other type of medications than vitamins. I cant name them here as they should be prescribed by your doctor.

Hope it helped
