having clots of blood in my left overy

wishing of the day sir/mam i am having clots of blood in my left overy {hemotoma} and other one is ok amd i am goin to get marry very soon , I want to know what is the chances of pregnancy ,will i face any problem during pregnancy ,i am also concerning with homeopathy doctor so please help me and i also have heavy perioud with so much of pain it goes till 7 days please suggst.....

It is difficult to comment on the ovarian hematoma that you describe without examining you. You should consider visiting a gynecologist for further evaluation to look at the current status of the problem and get started on appropriate treatment measures as indicated by your investigation results. The possibility of endometriosis, ovarian cysts also cannot be ruled out. Consider visiting a gynecologist at the earliest for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause for the symptoms that you describe. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you regulate your periods. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
