Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the symptoms that you describe without examining you. Try with relaxation techniques to see if it works. Be in fresh air. If breathing is still difficult, then consider visiting the ER (emergency room) or urgent care center for further assistance and relief. Consider visiting your doctor/pulmonologist for further evaluation, x-rays, pulmonary function tests to identify any underlying serious issues. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated by examination and investigation results. Reduce smoking and try to quit.
Take care.
