Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am glad to help you out. I am a little confused. Have you missed one period or you have never got your periods.

If you have missed this period, then the possibility of pregnancy is definitely high.

It can be confirmed by doing a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound of the uterus. However, if you have never had your periods, then you need to be investigated further for the cause of Primary Amenorrhoea.

The common causes of the same are diseases of the hypothalamus or pituitary (present in the brain) and affected by excessive exercise, eating disorders, such as anorexia, and physical or psychological stress.

The amenorrhoea can also be due to the lack of the reproductive organs or structural defect in the vagina.

Please do consult a gynaecologist as you’ll need further evaluation to look for the cause of primary amenorrhoea. I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
