Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

Treatment of radial nerve palsy consist of immobilization and anti-inflammatory medication which may diminish swelling and improve symptoms. In addition, functional splints help.

Symptoms may be uncomfortable and may last for a long period of time. In addition to wearing braces, occupational or physical therapy also helps. Unfortunately herbal supplements are not very useful in these cases. In some cases surgical removal of bone spurs or other anatomical defects that may be impinging on the nerve might be warranted.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
