Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the spread or metastasis of cancer without further evaluation. The symptoms could be due to chemotherapy, metastasis, other upper or lower respiratory tract infections etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Getting a chest x-ray done will help to see if there are metastatic foci in lungs. If there is suspicion of cancer spread, getting a PET scan done for whole body will help to identify/rule out spread to other parts. Consider visiting your treating doctor/oncologist at the earliest for further evaluation and proceed with further management as suggested (based on your evaluation results). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/oncologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
