Welcome to ehealthforum.
The ‘lump’ in vaginal lip or labia could be an infected Bartholin’s gland duct or sebaceous cyst or folliculitis. Only a careful examination done by your gynecologist/healthcare provider will help in confirming the exact cause. The soreness in clitoris along with itching and swollen labia is also indicative of infection. You should consider visiting a gynecologist/your healthcare providers soon to get the infective agent identified and get started on appropriate treatment.
Take care.
