Welcome to ehealthforum,
The ‘lump’ that you describe could be due to the intercourse, infection, injury or inflammation. The possibilities of furuncle, folliculitis, sebaceous cyst, or blocked and infected Bartholin’s gland ducts cannot be ruled out. A careful examination done would help in finding the cause. Appropriate treatment would be started based on examination and investigation results. Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection. Drink plenty of water. Avoid having intercourse for some time.
Take care.
