I have a hard bump on my left leg right below the knee on the right side. It is near my shin bone. It does not hurt. It is a little bit smaller than a golf ball. It is urgent, I do not know how long i have had it but I only noticed last night. Any idea what it is?

Have you recently injured that area? If so, it could be a build up of scar tissue. This usually goes away on its on within several months.
