Hard bump on hand and knee

I am 18 and i started getting a random bump on my hand a few months is hard and wont go away. I sorta picked at it and it formed right back into a bump. I recently started getting one under my knee where my leg bends.....there is also one appearing on my elbow. Could you please try explaining what these could be.

Skin cancer is very uncommon in people your age. As I cannot examine you, I'm afraid that I cannot tell you what these lumps are, or whether they are malignant or benign.

You should certainly ask your doctor to have a look at these lumps.
