I have vitam b12 folate and vitamin d anaemia. Also I have a fatty liver and my gfr rate is at 59. My recent tests show no autoimmune indicators my BMI is 28 and blood pressure is normal. My hands are stiff and blue, my feet burn and my tongue is deformed what could be causing all this I'm only 34

I read your question and i understand your concern. All you need is diet rich in iron and folates to correct your anemia. Fatty liver will respond to losing weight. Modifying diet lifestyle and regular exercise is mainstay.
