This may seem odd , I'm currently 17 and i sort of have a situation where my hand shakes lightly but when its a situation where i need to carefully use my hands to do chemical projects , i shake alot . this has been a common thing since i was 14 years old . I need to know is this a severe case or just a common thing

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These seemed to be essential tremors. Just anxiolytic like propanolol will resolve your problem.
