half of her face feels numb and tingly?

My mom has recently been telling me that half of her face feels numb and tingly. She also says it hurts a lot more in the heat and she feels dizzy at moments. It's been about three days and it hasn't gone away. What could this mean?

It cound be due to several things, from a Bell's palsy, trigeminal neurologia, to a stroke.

She should be evaluated by a physician. Good luck.
