haemoglobin urine results affected by amino acid supplements?

Recently had some urine tests done and the haemoglobin results were listed as "A Moderate". I take some supplements and I am wondering if they are skewing the results. Supplements per day are:

-leucine < 6000mg
-isoleucine < 3000mg
-valine < 3000mg
-creatine monohydrate < 5g

Urine tests were done due to hernia-like symptoms (diagnoses ongoing, but hernia or similar makes sense).

Thank you for any input.

Thank you for asking

Hemoglobin in urine is no way a normal finding and just the supplements can not skew the result, some thing is fishy underneat and needs to be reached.

Here are some differentials which needs to be rule dout one by one.

acute nephritis (acute glomerulonephritis),
kidney cancer,
paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (dark urine in the morning that lightens up during the day),
the hemolytic-uremic syndrome (HUS),
sickle cell anemia (or any other type of hemolytic anemia),
a transfusion reaction (due to an immune response against transfused red blood cells),
thrombotic thrombocytic purpura (TTP), and
tuberculosis of the urinary tract.

Seek a hematologist and let them be the judge of that.

Take care
