Welcome to ehealthforum,
If your menstrual cycles are regular and of 28-30 days duration, the fertile days would lie between day 8-18 taking day 1 as first day of bleeding. If you had been sexually active during fertile days, and if fertile mucus had been present, then chances of pregnancy are possible (sperms can stay alive for 3-5 days in fertile mucus). The symptoms that you describe could indicate possibility of implantation (if you have conceived). Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
