Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms do suggest possibility of pregnancy. Other medication sue along with hormonal birth control can affect the efficacy of the birth control. Women are known to get pregnant even with Implanon. It usually happens due to other medication use affecting the efficacy.
Visit your gynecologist for examination and tests to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Discuss about interaction of medications that you are using for asthma with your birth control.
Take care.
