I have a question doctor I just got diagnosed with hemoroids a small ball in my rectal they gave me medicine for it but just yesterday I had blood while I urinated I also suffer from hypertension is it normal t

Bleeding in your urine or hematuria is not normal.

The condition is caused due to infection, inflammation or vascular / Ischemic damage to the kidneys.

You need to consult with a nephrologist or your doctor who can do proper tests including urinalysis, renal function tests, complete blood counts, etc and this will help in further management of the underlying condition.
