You do not indicate whether you are male or female, which makes it difficult for me to advise you. However, to my knowledge, nicotine patches are not associated with an increased risk of breast cancer (even if you place the patch close to your breast area).

As I cannot examine you, my best advice is that if you have a new breast mass, then you should see your doctor and have this mass (and both breasts) examined.
