For weight loss, there are so much way in the world. But I have a little bit confusion. I want to know Gym vs Yoga, which is better for weight loss?

Yoga will help you in focusing on yourself, it also helps you to infuses your spirit with positive energy. Where as gym workout is focused primarily on improving your body’s physical condition and definitely helps you in weight loss also.
