We got a cheaper but yet better version of the "Bow Flex" and we also go a tread mill that has workout 15min to 30min set program, where it does everything encluding incline and excelleration (timed). In addition we got a bench press with weights. I love the over head bar on the flex, that is my favorite. Nice to see in LCD who many calories you have burned off.

That is great, I am sure you will get a great workout that way. I love cardio and weight training and I see great results too.
