I gotta be honest, I love food. I love all kinds of sweets, from candy to licorice but i want to weight loss please give me weight loss tips.

Keep your own personal food diary and determine your weight loss goals upfronthat means your diet should include appropriate amounts of food from all the food groups. Avoid skipping meals. Eat food from home.Drink water and regularly.Eat vegetables for nutrition and to help you fill up more quickly.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Food eating disorder on its own can cause weight gain and its an addiction too. Eating a balanced diet is mandatory. Dash diet, atkin diet, more proteins and less carbs help lose weight. Seek help of a dietitian and join an FDA approve weight loss program.
