Hi sorry this is my first post not sure how it works . About a week ago I noticed a growth on the upper outer side of my right foot. Its a little bit bigger than my ankle and is soft but firm if you get me? The skin on is slightly discolored compared to the rest of my foot. I’m sure it’s absolutely nothing but I kinda just wanna know what it is. Sorry for my terrible description and thank you!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It can be ganglion cyst, lipoma or fibroma.
You need to be assessed. I would suggest you to consult general surgeon to evaluate you.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
