Is this a light, cloudy spot?
What kind of symptoms you are experiencing?

A rounded light spot in the part of lung can be tuberculous or fungal granuloma, and malignant or benign tumor.
But, spots that do change in a short period are more likely to be cancer.
Spot that has grown need more testing to be done to know what this spot could be.

my father is suffering lung cancer since many years but we were not able recognized it before. At the last stage, we came to understand this fatal disease. We are doing his treatment in Tata hospital since two months and doctor has suggested three chemotheropy has to be given to him. All chemos are over and now we will have to do therox ct scan to know whether there is an improvement or not. Please advise whether there is a chance of his health improvement after undergoing this treatment. He feels better after the chemos.
