Gritty feeling on finger tips

User Profile
I have been experiencing an oily gritty sensation on my finger tips.
This accompanied by numbness in all my fingers.
The more I rub my finger tips against mythumbs, the worse the sensation becomes. I spend much of my waking hours obsessing about removing this waxy gritty sensation.
It's driving me crazy.

Such a presentation is likely to be associated with dry skin in and eczema. Topical emollients Containing paraffin oil should be applied for two weeks especially when going to bed To see for improvement
