hello all this may help it has worked for me, after a very bad case of gout over a year ago i started to take on a daily basis, 1000 mg of celery seed c vit 1000 mg omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg and 1000 mg of garlic 1000 mg of beetroot. it sounds a lot but taken after a meal its easy, i can be honest and say that in 12 months not a single problem with my joints , and i still eat and drink pretty much what i want i hope this is some help to you regards nelson.

Hi, My dad just started getting a lot of Gout attacks, if anyone is interested, the foods to avoid are the following
The generally accepted list is:
Beer and alcoholic beverages.
Sardines in oil, fish roes, herring
Organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads)
Legumes (peas and dried beans)
Meat extracts, consomme, gravies.
Mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, cauliflower.
