I am now off meds, having taken colchicine, naproxene for over two weeks, starting four days after the attack.
The toe color is almost OK, a bit grayish at the bottom, but big difference in bending between the good big toe and the affected one - almost stiff, and somewhat wider/thicker.

- How slow does the mobility return?
also I noticed about 5 degrees F warmer measured with IR thermometer.
Still limping a bit...

Also, should I apply hot/warm water?
