got control of fleas but daughter is getting bites

My daughter is getting some kind of bug bites on her. We have a cat and a dog but have gotten control of fleas and my husband and I have no bites. Can this be some kind of allergic reaction to the animals?

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Diagnosis of the cause of your possible bites, is not possible with the description provided.

Allergic reactions are usually present with widespread rashes along with itching, redness, etc. In extreme cases the rashes appear like urticaria, breathing difficulty can also be present.

For a proper diagnosis and treatment you may consult with a dermatologist, who can advice accordingly.
