Gluten Free vs Low Carb?

I recently purchased a Groupon for a service from emeals.com. They offer dinner planning options but you can choose diet specific plans. I am trying to maintain my weight at 180 lbs and I'm unsure if Gluten Free or Low Carb is the way to go. I don't have any food allergies to be concerned about but I am leaning towards the low carb.

Any thoughts?

I am on a Gluten-Free diet, Bread, potatoes make you gain weight! You can eat anything as long as it says Gluten-Free on the cover. If you don't make up your mind you can always go on a Gluten-Free Low Carb diet!
