How can I help secondary hypogonadism if synthetic testosterone is not a reasonable option considering intolerable sleep apnea with Androgel, Axiron, cycloprop. injections, and pellets all gave me a lot of heart palpitations, obstructive sleep apnea, anxiety, etc. What kinds of lifestyle habits/dietary options are good to keep my testosterone up the best I can?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!
I read your question and I understand your concern.
As testosterone is not recommended for long time, there are other ways to combat hypogonadism. Reduce weight,do regular exercise/yoga/meditation,release stress, take healty diet and use calcium/vitamin D.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
