Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you suspect chances of pregnancy as cause for her missed periods, she should consider visiting her doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Sometimes, urine pregnancy tests can keep showing you false negative results as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. She may also consider taking a repeat urine pregnancy test (on an early morning first urine sample) to see if it gives positive results, or get it confirmed by a blood HCG test (she should avoid lot of fluid intake or caffeinated beverage intake in the previous night before test). An ultrasound scan done would also confirm the gestational age.
If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be necessary to look for any other cause for the absent periods. Treatment as appropriate based on the examination findings and investigation results would be started to help her regulate her periods.
Take care.
