Getting pregnant without period ?

Hello! I was just wondering on one question and it has been bugging me. First of all I am a 27 year old female, whose periods are irregular, and I havent had my period in six months. My boyfriend and I have been trying to concieve for almost a year now and havent had any luck. Its so frustrating. So my question is can you get pregnant without a period?

Pregnancy depends on ovulation, not menstruation. Not menstruating is however a good sign that you are not ovulating.

See your doctor. There are various ways that they can try to restart your ovulation/menstruation cycle.

You can get pregnant without having a period, although you can't get pregnant if you're not ovulating.

Can your doctor run some tests to see whether you are ovulating or not? There are medications out there that can regulate your cycle and induce ovulation, increasing your chance of getting pregnant.
