getting pregnant on the pill

im taking microgestion 1/20 to regulate periods and lessen the pain.
However... My fiance and I want to have a baby. Im not ready to get off the pill. But I Really want a baby.

I would of coarse stop taking the pill the second I become pregnant.

But HOW? How can I become pregnant?

Is there anything I can take, eat, tips, tricks, anything I can do to get pregnant?

If you have any ideas please let me know. =]

If you want a baby, you need to stop Birth control because it could lead to problems, my sister in law was on the pill and became pregnant and lost the baby at 7 wks due to the birth control they said. She didn't know she was pg until she was 5 wks. and it was to late already the drug was to strong in her system.

I hope this helps

The chances of even becoming pg on the pill are very slim to none.

Women have become pregnant on the pill, but it's not that common.. it is meant to prevent pregnancy after all.

Are you sure your partner is having a say in this? Are you trying to get pregnant without him knowing or something?

no I am sure.
the thing is when I have periods. I have to take so much vikadin because the pain is tarrible. I bleed so much so bad its gross. I pretty much have to change a pad or tampon every two hours. or else!

So with birthcontrol I'm like a normal person.

But we really want kids. So I'm stuck inbetween two problems.

You won't have to worry about period cramps when you're pregnant, you know. You stop getting one. Wink

Asking how to get pregnant when you're on the pill is kind of like trying to take a shower when you're holding an umbrella. If you want to get wet, put the umbrella down.

If you really want to get pregnant, stop taking the birth control and keep a heating pad and some Midol handy. You need to ovulate in order to get pregnant, and birth control stops you from ovulating.

I've been pregnant on the pill but it was not welcome - the pill is supposed to prevent pregnancy! If you want to try for a baby then stop taking it, take some folic acid and start trying!
