Welcome to ehealthforum.
If the cervix has been removed in total, you will have problems in continuing the pregnancy. As the baby grows, the weight also increases and miscarriage can happen if cervix is not competent. If cervix has been amputated, there is nothing to stop it from happening.
Discuss with your gynecologist about your pregnancy plans. Sometimes a ring is inserted or surgery done to make the cervix competent to hold the fetus up. See if this is possible to be done in your case.
Take care.
