I get light headed under bright lights. When I am in a book store like chapters reading a book or writting an exam in an exam room, I get light headed / minor headaches. I am a little far sighted, but glasses are not required. I went to a "head doctor" and he said I am fine. Oh yes, when I watch 3d movies, I get a headache. After reading an article about eye muscle imbalance gives headaches after watching 3 D movies, I thought i may have just that. What is wrong with me? What should I do?

Thanks,

Trace

I have had this same thing happen to me...I am near sighted and for some reason my eyes have been getting better...Now with as close as my eyes are to somewhat normal, it is like the two focuses are trying to catch up with themselves...Yes, it is something about muscle imbalance....You are not alone...The only thing I can tell you to do is to see a specialist...Good luck...
