I am a 25 year old woman, and I have been both unhealthy and thin my entire life. When I say that I'm unhealthy, what I mean is that I don't eat well (mostly fast food, hamburger helper, chips, that kind of thing) and I very, very rarely exercise. I am 5'0" tall and have never weighed over 105 pounds in my life, so I'm not trying to lose any weight here, I just need some tips on how to get healthy and into shape without losing any weight. I also don't really want to gain weight...I'd like to stay the same size while changing my diet and perhaps toning up my muscles.

Does anyone have any advice?
